Vertigo. Ear fullness. Ringing.
Normal MRI.
Normal CT.
“Everything looks fine.”
But you don’t feel fine.
If you’ve been told it’s Ménière’s disease — or you’ve seen an ENT and all the scans are “clear” — yet the dizziness, pressure, or brain fog keeps showing up… it may be time to look above the ear.
The upper neck (C1/C2) — also called the atlas and axis — sits right under the skull. This area protects the brainstem and plays a huge role in balance, coordination, and how your body processes spatial awareness.
Here’s what most people aren’t told:
When the atlas (C1) is even slightly misaligned, it can irritate surrounding nerves, affect blood flow, and disrupt how your brain interprets balance signals. That can look a lot like Ménière’s symptoms.
Upper cervical chiropractic is different because:
• We focus specifically on C1/C2
• No twisting, cracking, or aggressive adjustments
• Precise imaging and gentle corrections
• The goal is restoring alignment so your body can regulate itself
If testing hasn’t found the answer, it doesn’t mean nothing is wrong.
It may just mean no one has looked in the right place yet.
This could be the missing piece of the puzzle. 🧩
