Acupuncture isn’t random. We don’t spend 4 years full time in school just dilly dallying 🤣

Here’s how I choose your points:

✨ 1. Your unique pattern
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, we don’t treat diagnoses, we treat patterns. Two people with migraines may receive completely different treatments because their root causes are different.

✨ 2. Your nervous system
Acupuncture points often correspond with nerve pathways, fascia, and circulation patterns. We’re influencing communication between your brain, organs, and body.

✨ 3. Your body’s real time feedback
I palpate areas of tension. I assess your pulse. I observe changes during treatment.

Your body tells me what it needs that day. No two treatments are exactly the same, because no two people are exactly the same. That’s the beauty of personalized care! 😌

Let’s keep the momentum going! Stopping early is why issues become chronic. Following treatment plans avoid you starting from scratch every single time.

At first you should come in more frequently, ideally multiple times a week, then we space out to weekly, then every other week depending on progress. Eventually getting to the monthly or as needed phase.

More is often better with acupuncture. People can tend to space treatments out too far leaving room for symptoms to re-flare. It’s my job to remind you if that’s you.

Some patients choose to make acupuncture a part of their continued wellness care and come weekly regardless of great progress. It’s their ‘me time’ - Love it. You do you.

If you’re on a treatment plan or maintenance - I usually recommend booking ahead so that you don’t fall off. At least 3 appointments booked ahead is ideal, helps you stay on track.
