Nikki Harper, LMSW, is a Licensed Master Social Worker providing compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals across Texas through remote practice. Born and raised in San Jose, California, Nikki moved to Austin as a teenager and quickly formed meaningful connections within the Central Texas community. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Texas State Universityin San Marcos and later completed her Master of Social Work at Our Lady of the Lake University.
Nikki brings valuable experience from her work in community mental health, where she supported individuals coping with anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. As a divorcee and mother, she holds a special passion for women’s mental health, helping women navigate the emotional complexities of spousal relationships, healing after separation, and the many challenges that accompany motherhood.
She is trained in multiple therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, empowerment-based approaches, and motivational interviewing. Nikki’s style is warm, inviting, and grounded in empathy. She believes in creating a safe and comfortable space where clients can show up exactly as they are. Her goal is to walk alongside each client on their journey toward mental wellness—offering support, perspective, and practical tools to help them move through difficult moments with confidence and resilience.
