We’re looking for a highly motivated FULL TIME Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced, patient-focused practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high performance environment and takes pride in being efficient, detail driven, and proactive.
We operate at a very high level with minimal downtime, so exceptional work ethic matters. You should be able to think critically, stay composed in a busy clinical setting, and feel comfortable with numbers and math. Accuracy is essential.
We value someone who is friendly, polished, and naturally patient-centric, with a strategic mindset and the ability to anticipate needs before they’re voiced.
•You’re highly organized, adaptable, and energized by multitasking.
•You enjoy being busy, you care about precision, and you take ownership of your role.
•2-3 years prior medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology and/or aesthetics experience is required.
•Strong communication skills, a professional presence, the ability to learn quickly and retain information, and comfort working in a luxury, high touch environment are all important.
