On this sacred day of remembrance and renewal, we gather in ceremony with cacao, water, fire, and plants to cleanse and restore balance.

This circle is a living ritual to release what’s ready, while being held by the love and memory of those who continue to guide you.

All materials provided. Each participant will also receive a small take-home cleansing kit to continue the ritual at home.

Crystal L. Peña is a visionary in holistic well-being and community building through cultural arts practices. Based in Austin, TX, she is an experienced psychotherapist and trauma-informed somatic arts facilitator. Crystal creates transformative healing experiences. Crystal also consults and trains locally and internationally. A graduate of the Freedom School for Intersectional Medicine and Health Justice, she is currently pursuing a PhD focused on culturally responsive integrative mental health and wellness.
