Two truths can exist at the same time: You can celebrate the body you are currently in and have the desire to change parts of it for your own personal reasons. 🫱🏽‍🫲🏼

We know this conversation stirs emotions. Some see GLP-1s as a betrayal of body positivity. Others see it as taking charge.

Here’s our stand: Choosing medication doesn’t erase a message of inclusivity. Loving yourself now and wanting change for yourself later aren’t opposites. They’re both valid.

Can someone support body positivity and be on GLP-1s? We believe yes.
