Yin yoga is basically guided naptime, but stretchy. All the poses are seated or lying down, we hold them for about 5 min, and we use all of our props to make each pose feel yummy - not intense.

Everyone needs more Yin in their life - swipe through to find out why YOU want to join us for this special practice!

Yin yoga is basically guided naptime, but stretchy. All the poses are seated or lying down, we hold them for about 5 min, and we use all of our props to make each pose feel yummy - not intense.

Whether you work out, sit at a desk all day, feel worn out, have trouble sleeping, or are just new to yoga and looking for a gentle entry point, this is the practice you need.
