🚗 you get routine maintenance on your car to make sure it’s running properly
❄️you get your heating and air checked to make sure you’ll stay cool or warm
🌿 you should also get your spine checked to make sure your nervous system is functioning properly

✨ spinal health is SO important because it controls how your brain communicates to your whole body - every cell, tissue, muscle, organ, and nerve! If it’s not communicating properly, then your body is not functioning at its optimum level. Make sure you get your nervous system checked regularly!

Boston had a herniated disc at T13/L1 and was not using his back legs after a couple treatments of chiropractic care he’s back on his feet in the yard!
