I just ate black berries and blueberries.
1. Berries are a brain food. They protect against all brain disorders. Like dementia, Parkinson’s, stroke and more.
2. Berries protect your heart valves. They remove plaque in your veins and arteries.
3. They have an excellent source of iron, magnesium, selenium, zinc and potassium.
Add them to your diet.
