I'm so grateful 🧡 to the people I've been able to share my passion for meditation and self-compassion with.

They've been courageous enough to learn these practices with open minds and open hearts and that is a really big deal.

It's truly humbling and an honor 🙏🏻 to be with others who are willing to experience first-hand what meditation is and what it is not. I'm always happy to share what I've learned and am learning 🙂

This course will help you train your attention in a way that builds awareness. Recognizing our thoughts, sensations and emotions gives us the capacity to meet our experiences, our family, our friends-- our life, with kindness and to see that most everything is workable. ⁠

Today is my birthday 🎉. A big one. This is a moment to take stock, to reflect on where I've been, where I am now and where I am headed. It's a turning of the page, closing a chapter and seeing a blank slate of possibility for the next act.

I am so grateful to be alive- to be able to feel the grass under my feet, the warmth of the sun, a cool breeze- to hear the laughter of children, see a sunset, hug my daughters and offer my heart to friends and family.

Thank you 🧡 dear friends and family for being in my life, for supporting me, guiding me and encouraging me. Here's to living authentically and without apology for being me- imperfect, grateful and free.

Retreats don't have to cost money or require travel 🧳, we can design a retreat at home. A quiet environment, meditation, gentle movement and lots of rest are a recipe for retreating where you live.
