Today, I want to take you inside the body and introduce you to a muscle almost no one talks about — but that can change everything when it starts working the right way: the iliopsoas.

👉 It’s responsible for hip flexion, but it also plays a key role in keeping the femur aligned, controlling hip rotation, and reducing overload on the lower back and knees.
