"BootCamp" can be a scary word. At Roszell Fitness Bootcamps you will see that all levels of fitness are truly welcome. In life we need balance. I take the same approach with fitness. Each session will be different and focus on your mind and body as a whole. Stretching and Balancing exercises are just as important as Strength and Cardio exercises. Lifelong fitness is the goal.

* UPDATE: I have heat! Camp on ZOOM is on for tomorrow at 9:30am. Please message/text me if you need the code.

Hi Campers,

Quick update on camp: As of right now all classes are canceled. I am currently without hot water or gas/heat. According to the city they fixed the gas leak yesterday at 5:30pm. They are currently going door to door to turn each house back on. Once I have heat again I will email/text/post and we can start Zooming again.

Monday: 9:15am and 6:00pm

Wednesday: 9:15am, 3:30pm and 6:00pm

Thursday: 10:15am

Friday: 3:30pm

Saturday: 9:30am
