Hi - We’re Tasha and Gracelyn, office managers and SLP assistants at TCTS and MLee Therapy!

Last week, we attended our first TSHA Texas Speech-Language-Hearing Association convention together in Fort Worth, TX. Our clinic owner, Marcus, was an invited speaker and he presented on The PROMPT Institute technique as a Whole Child Approach in speech therapy. We thoroughly enjoyed meeting fellow clinicians and learning about exciting developments in the field of speech-language pathology. What a successful TSHA 2024! 🥳🧠🗣

This summer, three of our speech clinicians attended an Introduction to PROMPT Therapy workshop led by clinic owner, Marcus Neal. At MLee and TCTS, we use The PROMPT Institute philosophy and technique in our speech therapy every day. We are so excited for Taylor (SLP), Gracelyn (SLPA), and Tasha (SLPA) to continue on their PROMPT journey!

This year, Siobhan welcomed a beautiful baby boy into her family! We are thrilled to have her back at The SPOT as she begins treating patients again. Siobhan is a certified speech therapist specializing in feeding therapy and PROMPT therapy, and has a special place in her heart for kids who need help reaching their potential.

Her favorite therapy game? Cariboo! A fun fact about her? She’s bilingual in English and Spanish! Some advice she has for new therapists is to find a good mentor to help you throughout your career and to continue learning about your profession to keep yourself informed and curious.
