🌹 The Rose Sale Starts TODAY! 🌹

LIFE Mower County’s 31st Annual Rose Sale is officially underway and runs through March 26, 2026. Every rose purchased helps fund programs and services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community.

📅 Sale Dates: Feb. 17 – March 26
🚚 Pick-Up & Delivery: Tuesday, April 14

💡 Ways to help:
✔️ Order roses for friends, family, co-workers, or customers
✔️ Coordinate a sale at work, school, or church
✔️ Share order forms with neighbors and friends
✔️ Volunteer to help sell roses or assist on delivery day

💘 Couples-Only Mystery Activity – What an Afternoon! 💘

On February 7, couples arrived at LIFE Mower County thinking they were heading out of town for a special mystery adventure. Instead, we surprised them with a romantic lunch and movie right here at LIFE — and the smiles said it all!

The room was transformed with candlelight, rose petals, sweet treats, and beautifully decorated tables to create a cozy, romantic atmosphere. 🌹✨

Couples enjoyed a delicious lunch of fresh salad, spaghetti, garlic bread, and cheesecake for dessert. Each table had wine (Welch’s Sparkling Juice Cocktail) to toast the afternoon together. 🥂

We ended the afternoon by watching the movie Marry Me, making it the perfect way to relax, laugh, and spend quality time together.

It was a wonderful reminder that you don’t have to travel far to create meaningful memories. ❤️ Thank you to everyone who joined us — we loved keeping the mystery alive and celebrating love, friendship, and connection at LIFE!

We are deeply saddened to share the passing of Alice Qual, a lifelong supporter and friend of LIFE Mower County.

Alice and her family truly believe in our mission and in the importance of inclusion for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Their steady support, generosity, and encouragement have made a lasting impact on the individuals and families we serve.

Because of Alice and her family’s commitment to our work, LIFE Mower County continues to provide opportunities for learning, inclusion, fun, and empowerment. Her legacy will live on through the programs she cared about and the lives she helped strengthen.

We extend our heartfelt condolences to Alice’s family and loved ones. We are grateful for the difference she made in our community and will remember her with deep appreciation and respect.
