Everyone deserves a space where they can set down their worries and just breathe. My goal as a therapist is to offer that kind of space-warm, welcoming, and free of judgment-where you can explore your thoughts and feelings, gain clarity, and start to heal. Whether you're going through a big life transition, facing relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I'm here to walk alongside you.
I especially enjoy working with young adults and older teens who are figuring out who they are, learning to manage stress, and finding their direction in life. I also love working with couples, helping partners improve communication, rebuild trust, and reconnect after hard seasons. Whether you're dealing with depression, anxiety, relationship stress, or identity concerns, I tailor my support to meet your unique needs.
My style is warm and collaborative. I draw from approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. I also bring in creative methods like art and music therapy when they can help deepen the process. These tools have been meaningful in my own life, and I love helping clients experience their benefits, too.
I care deeply about creating an inclusive, affirming space for every client, with a special passion for supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and those seeking to live more authentically.
