Our new BoneFit Strength Program is designed for women with osteopenia, osteoporosis, or anyone who wants to build stronger bones safely.
Led by physical therapy professionals, these small-group classes focus on targeted strength training to improve bone density, posture, balance, and confidence.
Program starts April 7.
