Through a nurturing blend of partner-assisted yoga, breathwork, massage, and heart-opening postures, we create space to connect, give and receive care, and release stress.
Partner yoga weaves together physical postures, conscious breathing, trust, communication, and play, with a special focus on heart openers that invite softness, vulnerability, and expansion through the chest and in the breath. We offer support and receive support from one another as yoga invites us to move beyond the physical body into the subtle realms of our true nature. This super fun, playful, and exploratory experience uses special partnership poses to challenge balance, strength, and flexibility, while other postures deepen trust, communication, and emotional openness. Through intentional physical contact and supported heart opening, tension melts away and a deep sense of connection is restored.
From gentle movement, we’ll soften into guided hand, arm, and shoulder massage. Working in pairs, you’ll be invited to explore simple, nurturing techniques to release tension from the shoulders and upper back while easing the hands and fingers that carry us through daily life. Often called the landscape of the heart, the hands offer a powerful gateway to calm. Learn how to use touch to cultivate peace and ease for others, and experience how this accessible practice supports both the giver and receiver in letting go of worry and returning to the present moment.
