Quitting your job is not necessarily symbolic of taking a step backwards. It can actually represent a giant leap forward.

Knowing the right time to get out of something is a skill which can take time to hone, but it is a shared characteristic of many of the world’s most successful people.

It takes a measured person to weigh up the pros and cons of a situation and make a tough call based on them.

If you’re starting to feel like you would be better off elsewhere, you’re probably right.

Don’t be afraid to take that leap.
