Contemporary cupping: these little silicone cups can be so helpful!

I find they work really well for sensitive/stuck scars (cesarean especially), lymphatic drainage, and nerve pain.

This technique is not complicated and they feel so good!

We love helping patients incorporate them into a home program 🤍

Babies don't keep y'all. I wish we could have had ten more. We were late to the party.

On this Mother's Day I am grateful for work that brings me so much joy. ATX Pelvic Health was a passion project built out with my friend and mentor over at during my own postpartum struggles.

It's an honor to be part of the perinatal care team at any stage - trying to conceive, pregnancy, postpartum, hormonal chaos in the fourth decade. Postpartum is forever 👑

Happy first birthday to my littlest love. Last year we birthed a baby. This year it's a new business adventure. ATX Pelvic Health is a labor of love. It's the fitness forward approach I wanted to see during my own journey - TTC, in pregnancy, postpartum, and beyond. Thanks for our new space!! And thank you .digital for the beautiful new website.
