One of the coolest experiences of my life. Thanks the crew and all my fellow chef contestants. It was an honor. Such a blessing.

Beating the 1 arm stab 🔽

Christian Darrisaw knows his rusher has a tendency to use long-arm power. He can anticipate it and quickly knock the rusher’s arm, and at the same time, he also applies pressure with his hips to the rusher to widen the pocket and keep clear of the quarterback’s feet.

Employing this technique is a strategic move when facing this rush. The offensive lineman’s quick and precise ex*****on puts them in control, making it a powerful tool in their arsenal.

It does come with risk though because if the lineman’s timing is off he will most likely be driven back to the QB.

How I was able to last in the NFL ➡️ Spoiler alert: it wasn’t because I was 6’8” or 330 pounds.

It was because of the support and encouragement from my wife, family, friends, and teammates. If you’re a young athlete, find your support system and lean on them.

Be a beast in pass pro by adding this ➡️

Anti-Rotational Band Paloff Alphabets: Perform in a pass pro stance. Extend your arms and slowly form the letters of the alphabet. Add 3 sets at the end of your workout and dominate on the field.

NFL scouts focus on hips for a reason: hips don’t lie. Great hips mean better balance, power, agility, and injury prevention.

Here’s how to improve your hip mobility and function:

Never skip the dynamic warm-up.

Focus on your hips in the weight room: squats, deadlifts, lunges, glute bridges, kettlebell swings.

Work on mobility drills: leg swings, hip circles, band-resisted exercises.

Stretch for flexibility: Super Couch stretch, Incline Pigeon Isometric, World’s Greatest Stretch, Lying Internal Hip Rotation Isometric.

Football is a game of repeated head impacts.

And over the course of a season, those add up.

A recent study tracked how a certain red light therapy device affects players’ brain function.

And the results are hard to ignore.
