The postpartum journey is hard to navigate even for a woman having her second, third or fourth child. Aside from the expected hormonal shifts and sleepless nights, the physical changes to your body can be even more uncomfortable and serious. Diastasis Recti affects many postpartum women but, unfortunately, is not taken as seriously as it should due to lack of education of long-term consequences of not healing appropriately. After my three very large (9lb) babies, my core was severely separated, and I lacked any ability to control my abdominal muscles. Helping to pioneer a method to expedite and heal DR has been a passion of mine for over 5 years, and I am so excited to be able to work with more women at our new Bump and Beyond location!

We are so excited to announce that Bump and Beyond is moving!! We will have all the same great services with a couple new ones on the way! No need to worry, we are staying close by, just a short 4 minute drive further down 620. We are planning on an October 1st move in. We are so excited to see everyone in the new space!!
