Windsor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of Duval

We provide short and long-term skilled nursing care that helps older adults achieve true wellness. We are a non-profit, and that’s an important difference.

Our focus is on strengthening the families and communities we care for. Post-operative care, Wound Care, IV Therapy, and an in-house rehabilitation team are some services that make our facility different. Unlike others who contract their therapists, we have an in-house therapy team. This means our goal is to have patients and residents see the same occupational, speech, or physical therapists daily, which builds a strong line of trust and rapport.

🦃 One of Ms. Flynn's favorite holidays is Thanksgiving! She loves sharing stories about how her big family gathers to celebrate, and we love hearing them. Growing up in Mount Pleasant, Texas, she shared a special bond with her grandmother, which makes Thanksgiving even more meaningful.

Ms. Flynn also enjoys cooking for her family and delighting everyone by playing the piano, filling the room with music during mealtime. We are so grateful to celebrate this season with residents and their family members!
