There’s something about being outside, moving my body, and soaking up the fresh air that just makes everything feel lighter. ☀️🚴🏼♀️

I used to think exercise had to be this intense, all-or-nothing grind to “count.” But now? I just move in ways that feel good. Sometimes that’s a sweaty workout, and sometimes it’s a slow bike ride by the water, breathing it all in.

Because movement isn’t a punishment—it’s a gift. A way to connect with ourselves, shake off the stress, and remind our bodies how strong they really are.

Okay can we just normalize this for a second?

This is what real life looks like after 40.
Red-faced. Sweaty. Hair a mess. Lying on the gym floor wondering why we agreed to that last set. 😅

And also? Completely lit up.

There was a time when I worked out because I hated my body. I was trying to shrink it. Control it. Punish it into changing.

Now I move because I love how it feels to be strong. I love how my mood shifts. I love how my nervous system settles after I push myself in a safe way. I love that my body still responds when I treat her like a partner instead of a problem.

And doing it with women who get it? That changes everything.

We’re not competing. We’re not comparing. We’re cheering each other on. We’re laughing at ourselves. We’re reminding each other that aging isn’t a slow fade… it’s a rise.

This right here is part of healing.
Community. Movement. Joy. Imperfect, messy joy.

After sleep (or tossing and turning), you wake up mildly dehydrated.

This simple elixir gently hydrates your cells, replenishes minerals, wakes up digestion, and gives your mitochondria — your energy centers — a soft nudge instead of a jolt.

ATTEMPTING TO LOOK FIERCE! Ha! I never saw myself as a -fitter… HOWEVER…I feel differently now!

Mostly because EVERYONE can do it. No I don’t plan on becoming the most elite athlete ever. I just want to feel powerful and strong and have that be easy.

I’m already super healthy-the food thing is handled… glowing vitality ✅…heck, I teach all about holistic healing and weight release in my 90 day program.

But , THIS…next level powerful strength that’s a game worth learning better and playing full-out!

I’m deepening my understanding of how to move for LIFE ! I want to last and be active til the last breath!

I’m getting stronger every week! I’m recovering fast!

My trainer is ah-mazingly patient and teaches in such a way that I ACTUALLY UNDERSTAND it.

The community rocks! I love seeing the faces of each athlete (I think of myself too as an athlete)…now.
