Firefly Therapy Austin, PLLC is looking to hire 1-2 clinicians! Firefly Therapy Austin is a new group practice in Westlake that specializes in helping couples heal their relationships and helping individual clients with a history of trauma. We are committed to facilitating the growth and development of counseling interns and therapists with a variety of experience and expertise to grow their skills and confidence as clinicians.

We provide our therapists with clients, a beautiful space to practice, marketing materials, a generous compensation plan, and optional monthly consultation groups.

We are looking for counselors that have an interest in working with Couples, Individuals with Trauma, and/or Teens **and** have completed the following:
* Masters Degree in Counseling or Social Work
* All requirements to be licensed to practice in Texas as an LPC Intern, LMFT Associate, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW (No LMSWs at this time)
* Training in one or more of the following modalities: EMDR, Gottman Level 1, PACT Level 1, and/or IMAGO Couples Counseling.

LPC-I's and LMFT-A's are encouraged to apply but must have a clinical supervisor outside of Firefly Therapy Austin.

Counselors will be hired as independent contractors and will be offered flexible hours with day, evening, and weekend options. Counselors must be willing to have at least 6 hours of availability on one or both days of the weekend and at least 2 weekday evenings (5pm-8pm).

There is also an opportunity for one contractor to receive additional compensation for making regular posts on Facebook and Instagram.
