Still smiling after the most unexpectedly fun event this week 🐐✨

We had the best time hanging out at Goat Yoga over at the Grove Apartments—equal parts chaos, laughter, and surprisingly good stretches. There’s just something about mixing movement, sunshine, community… and a few goats jumping on your back that makes for a pretty unforgettable night.

What we love most is getting to be part of moments like this outside the studio—connecting, laughing, and showing that fitness doesn’t always have to be so serious.

Huge shoutout to Harry for repping BFT The Grove out there 🙌 Bringing the energy, the vibes, and proving once again that our community shows up everywhere.

Lucky, sweaty, and FULL HOUSE energy at our St. Patrick’s Day Cardio HIIT class last night 🍀🔥

The room was packed, the music was loud, and the effort was unreal. Four sets of :20 work / :10 rest, pushing hard and working right in those designated heart rate zones.

Exactly the kind of high-energy session that makes this community so special. Nothing better than working hard, having fun, and getting a little lucky with this crew.

🔥 Cardio HIIT Was No Joke Tonight 🔥

Tonight we tackled a Cardio HIIT session with 12 different exercises, pushing through 5 sets of :15 work / :10 rest for each station. Short bursts, quick recovery, and nonstop effort kept the energy high and the heart rates even higher. ⚡️

Everyone showed up ready to work and absolutely crushed it. Fast, sweaty, and seriously effective — exactly what HIIT is all about.
