This patient had a mild chin retrusion that softened her side view and slightly shortened the appearance of her lower face. With an in office chin augmentation performed under light sedation, Dr. Frey placed a customized implant through a discreet incision beneath the chin to restore balance and projection.

By bringing the chin forward in a natural, measured way, her profile now feels stronger and more harmonious. The added structure also enhances the definition along the underside of the chin, creating a cleaner transition from chin to neck and a more sculpted overall look.

Chin augmentation is a straightforward procedure with minimal downtime and a smooth recovery for most patients, making it an appealing option for those seeking refinement without extensive surgery.

If you have ever wondered whether your chin is holding your profile back, this subtle enhancement may be the missing piece. Schedule a consultation with Dr. Frey at the link below to learn more.

BBL + RF Microneedling is one of our favorite non-surgical skin rejuvenation pairings. ✨

BBL (BroadBand Light) works at the surface to even skin tone, reduce redness, calm rosacea, and lift pigmentation, while also stimulating collagen. Paired with radiofrequency microneedling, which delivers RF energy into the skin through tiny microneedles, this treatment targets texture, fine lines, wrinkles, and overall skin tightening.

Giving you brighter, smoother, firmer skin that continues to improve over time. This combination is perfect as a corrective treatment or for maintaining surgical results on the face, neck, and chest.

Schedule your personalized skin assessment with Sarah at the link below and see if BBL + RF Microneedling is right for your skin.

He also sculpted the neck area, removing excess fat and refining the submandibular glands to recreate a more defined jawline and under-chin angle. It’s all about harmony and subtle adjustments that make a noticeable impact on confidence and appearance.

Wondering what happens during a blepharoplasty consultation? This procedure goes beyond simply removing upper eyelid skin; it’s about understanding the full picture of your eyelid and brow anatomy. Sometimes the heaviness comes from low brows, other times from eyelid ptosis, or a combination of factors. During your consultation, we assess everything contributing to your tired or heavy appearance and discuss whether a brow lift or other enhancements might be right for you.

Most patients love how simple the procedure is: sutures are usually removed after a week, social downtime is minimal, and many feel comfortable resuming light activity in week two. By the time you’re fully recovered, your eyes look brighter, more open, and naturally refreshed without obvious signs that anything was done.

If you’ve been considering eyelid rejuvenation, now is the perfect time to take the first step. Click the link below to schedule your consultation and find out how we can refresh your eyes safely and effectively.

This patient had been considering rhinoplasty for nearly 20 years, not only for aesthetic reasons but also because breathing through her nose had become increasingly difficult. She experienced trouble getting enough air during exercise and discomfort while sleeping, along with concerns about her nasal tip, straightness, profile, and overall symmetry.

Dr. Smith carefully addressed each of these concerns by making subtle, intentional refinements throughout the intricate anatomy of the nose. The result is a beautifully balanced outcome that enhances her facial harmony and significantly improves nasal function. She now breathes easier, sleeps better, and feels more confident when she sees her reflection.

This is the power of a thoughtful, patient-centered rhinoplasty where form and function work together.

When it comes to lips, subtlety is key! 💋

For this patient, Rene’ used RHA 2 filler to add gentle volume and hydration while maintaining her natural lip shape. She also performed a Botox lip flip to enhance the upper lip’s visibility when the patient smiles without adding bulk or heaviness. Together, this combination helped reduce gum show, improve balance, and create a softer, more youthful-looking smile that feels effortless and natural.

Buccal fat removal explained. 👇

The buccal fat pad is a naturally occurring fat pad that sits deep within the cheek, extending from the lower cheek up toward the midface. In some patients, a little excess in this area can soften facial contours and blur definition along the cheekbones and jawline.

During a buccal fat removal, Dr. Frey carefully accesses the fat pad through a small incision made inside the mouth, so there are no visible scars. Only a conservative amount of fat is removed. We never take it all because the goal is to enhance contour while maintaining a natural, balanced appearance and avoiding a hollowed look over time.

Most patients experience minimal swelling and bruising, with a relatively quick and comfortable recovery.

✔️ No external scars
✔️ Thoughtful, conservative technique
✔️ Minimal downtime
✔️ Natural-looking contour enhancement

If more cheek definition is something you’ve been considering, buccal fat removal may be worth a personalized consultation. Schedule with Dr. Frey at the link below.

This 48-year-old patient came in with multiple concerns, difficulty breathing through the left side of her nose, excess upper eyelid skin, and laxity in the neck and lower face. While she was generally happy with her appearance, she wanted refinement, balance, and improvement in function.

After a thorough evaluation, Dr. Buckingham developed a comprehensive surgical plan that addressed both form and function. She underwent a rhinoplasty to correct septal deviation and improve airflow while subtly slimming and straightening the nose, an upper blepharoplasty to restore symmetry and openness to the eyes, and a limited-incision lower facelift to improve skin laxity of the neck and jawline.

The goal was never to change who she is, only to enhance her natural beauty while restoring balance, symmetry, and comfort. Thoughtful planning and precise adjustments make all the difference.

Rhinoplasty is all about the details, and this case is a perfect example.

Before surgery, this patient had a small dorsal hump and a nasal tip that lacked projection and appeared droopy. From the front, her tip looked rounded and slightly bulbous, and from the profile and ¾ views, the lack of support affected overall definition.

Dr. Smith performed targeted maneuvers to gently lower the dorsal hump, lift the tip, increase projection, and narrow and refine the nasal tip. By improving the nasolabial angle and nasal show, the nose now appears lighter, more balanced, and better supported.

Shown here at 3 months post-op, her results already reflect a smoother profile, a refined tip, and improved facial harmony, while still looking completely natural and uniquely her.

Halo laser is often considered the gold standard for skin resurfacing, and for good reason. Halo laser resurfacing is designed to improve skin tone and texture by working at both the surface and deeper layers of the skin. This hybrid fractional treatment targets sun damage, fine lines, and uneven texture while stimulating collagen for long-term improvement.

For this patient, Halo was used to refine skin texture and tone. By addressing sun damage and fine lines, the treatment delivered a luminous “Halo glow.” Her results continue to evolve as the skin heals and collagen rebuilds.

Now is a great time to undergo Halo laser resurfacing. Click the link below to book.
