Hi friends! I'm not on here very often, but I am looking for a space to sublet to see clients in person a couple days a week. The Spring Equinox is a time of balance between light and darkness. In this workshop, we will use dance/movement therapy techniques to find and restore balance. We will use creative movement, body based practices, and group discussion to explore equilibrium in the extremes.

I am passionate about helping people deepen their mind/body connection and using creativity for healing. Since graduating from Pratt Institute with a Master of Science in Dance/Movement Therapy in 2011, I have had the opportunity to work with all kinds of people in a variety of settings. As a board certified dance/movement therapist I offer individual therapy, group therapy, and supervise other clinicians.

My background and training allows me to integrate and pull from a variety of approaches in our work together including, but not limited to, traditional talk therapy, breath work, mindfulness practices, creative expression, and healing movement. In our sessions I will create a supportive, safe space for your self-exploration, creative expression, and personal growth.

My home is in Austin, Texas where you can find me digging in my garden, playing the drums with a samba group, or performing mixed ability dance.

I am currently offering virtual sessions.
