Your morning erections are one of your body’s clearest health signals.

If you’re waking up with one consistently, that’s usually a good sign your blood flow is solid, your sleep is doing what it should, and your hormones are in a good place.

When blood flow starts slipping, erections are often one of the first things to change because circulation and nitric oxide matter way more than most guys think.

That’s why I put so much emphasis on sleep quality, blood flow, and nitric oxide production.

When those are dialed in, a lot of other things tend to improve too.

If you’re never waking up with morning wood, don’t just brush it off.

I can’t believe some people still think fruit makes you fat🤦🏻‍♂️

Fruit is actually one of the best foods you can eat if your goal is fat loss.

Most fruits are low calorie, high volume, loaded with water and fiber — meaning they fill you up while keeping calories under control.

If fat loss feels hard, it’s not because of fruit...it’s because you’re under-eating protein or choosing low-volume foods.

Foot placement is everything on leg press.

⬆️ Feet higher → more glutes
↔️ Wider stance → more adductors
⬇️ Feet lower → more quads
🦵 Single-leg → glutes + adductors

Final tip: grab the handles and pull yourself into the seat.

More stability = better reps.

Everyone says “Aspartame will kill you.”

But aspartame isn’t poison - the dose is what makes something toxic.

You’d need 20+ cans of Diet Coke every day for life for aspartame to maybe become an issue.

Remember health isn’t about cutting out everything you enjoy...it’s about smart choices, smart doses, and moderation.

So have the Diet Coke (or Coke Zero, tastes wayyy better IMO🤣)

Train hard. Eat protein. Sleep well.

You’ll be fine.

So is fish oil actually legit? Short answer: yes, but only if you buy the right kind.

Most brands are underdosed in EPA + DHA, the two omega-3s your brain, joints, and recovery actually depend on. These fats make up your cell membranes and support everything from sharper thinking to lower inflammation.

If you want one supplement that boosts mood, recovery, and long-term health all at once, fish oil is massively underrated. Aim for at least 1000mg combined EPA/DHA to see the benefits.
