Sometimes an hour of therapy at a time isn't enough...

Are you frustrated with the lack of progress? Do you wish you could have longer sessions to get to the deeper stuff quicker? And have longer time to process the deeper stuff?

Do you not have the time to meet weekly? Your schedule doesn't allow for you to be pulled away for an hour each week? Do you need something different, more flexible?

Regular therapy has limitations in its length. Sometimes it can be hard to get the progress you are looking for with traditional 50 minute sessions. It also can be difficult on your schedule- meeting weekly at the same time. Sometimes that just isn't possible.

Onyx Counseling and Wellness Center understands that frustration. That is why we offer EMDR therapy intensives.

Intensives range from 2 hours- 6 hours. It is a designated, prolonged session focused on your healing. A time you set aside to really do the work. Get to the deeper issues, and really process- because you have the time!
