A story of a person who went from over pronated feet to neutral feet.. this is the story of myself, my own results.. This will be a long post.
Since i was a teenager, i had sprained both of my ankles, unknowingly have had worn the wrong shoes where i had multiple sheen splints, and like someone hitting me with a big rubber band under my feet as i would run or walk.
Being over pronated has cause me to have some knee pain over the years and also some back pain.
Hold and be hold, i started analyzing myself, and checking to see whats the issue here, why am I having so much pain? I had hired couple of great trainers like myself (or better), YES! Even the best trainers hire trainers to get better, and with their knowledge, and my shared knowledge and input, we started correcting my gait, and ankle/foot mobility.
This journey here, was a good challenging exercise program and with some of the longest D.O.M.S( delayed onset muscle soreness) i ever endure- 2 and a half months to be exact.
This journey here was not your typical 3-6 month results, this was a matter of 6-7 years and continue result.
With the trigger point training, deep tissue massage, some very specific corrective exercises, i manage to go from over pronated foot to a neutral foot. Luckily for me or bad, i had saved some old shoes and you can clear see the evolution of how my feet has changed over the years. I call this the evolution of shoes. The most important things about these results, if you know me, you’ll know my injuries, my aches, and pain over the years. You will also noticed that these days, (knock on wood) i have not been extremely in pain or have gotten hurt. I truly believe is because of how i have strengthen and stabilized my feet, ankle and leg muscles.
If you would like to get results like this, hit me up! It will be a long journey, but at least you’ll be pain free, and will be able to achieve your fitness goals!
