We are excited to celebrate Grace Burg on her promotion to Senior Director of Life Enrichment, The Parc Assisted Living at Village at The Triangle!

Grace’s journey with The Aspenwood Company began as a Life Enrichment intern during college and through dedication, heart, and leadership, she has grown into this well-deserved senior role.

With a background in Therapeutic Recreation and a passion for empowering residents to try new things and embrace joy, Grace leads with collaboration, empathy, and accountability. She believes strong teams create strong communities and that when team members feel supported, residents truly Live Life Well.

Her promotion reflects not only her talent, but our commitment to developing leaders from within and investing in the people who make our communities exceptional.
