In person D&D therapy groups starting February 4!

After a 5 year long hiatus, I'll be co-leading 2 new IN-PERSON Wednesday groups in South Austin!

In-person groups support nervous system regulation through shared space, and consistent face-to-face interaction. Outside of that, we can roll our math rocks like true lil dice goblins. 😊

We welcome beginners to D&D and hope to help everyone feel included. No pressure to perform, memorize rules, or act outside your comfort zone.

In these groups, we focus on telling a meaningful story together.

2025 has come to an end! 🫡

What a year. A lot of transitions coming up to better listen to my energy and build longevity in my practice.

You can peep some teasers of some new projects coming very soon. Books and zines I've read. Places I've visited. My cat evolving to be a lap cat DURING a session, so I had to snap a photo of that afterward. 😻

Favorite movie of the year was Del Toro's Frankenstein, the book of which I have a special relationship. I got to watch that in theaters and bawled my eyes out during the credits, finally seeing Mary Shelley's true version coming to... life on the big screen. I did a self sandtray on that for fun and to show what a tray can look like.
