"The word of the month is, ‘Authenticity’.
Spiritual evolution isn’t just about becoming light and fluffy.
Being a Lightworker doesn’t mean you should stick your head in the sand and ignore all that happens around you while refusing to listen, or look at anything disturbing.
That’s an Ostrich.
In fact, it means quite the opposite. You have a duty of responsibility to help transform the density of this reality.
Becoming a Lightbeing is not about biting your tongue in situations where the only appropriate reaction may be to stick two fingers up and say: “F..k you!” Okay, so maybe that’s a little extreme. But it’s not what you say so much as the way you say it. Words are really irrelevant.
Words are merely tools by which we communicate our needs and emotions. The words themselves have frequency only because of the harmonic they travel on, and you can alter the frequency with the harmonic of your own voice. Anyone who has a dog will know it responds to your tone and not the word itself. (Unless you have taught it to spell out W-A-L-K-I-E-S, which I did once, the dog had a clear understanding of phonetics. Anyway, I digress).
Sometimes the situation will need you to stand in your power and call someone out on their BS, and in doing so you may be helping someone heal an unresolved issue or situation.
Thinking only nice thoughts will certainly help raise and support higher frequencies, but may not be the most appropriate thing to do while watching someone being cruel to an animal or another being. Equally, it may not be authentic for you to stand up in that moment and call attention to yourself in the middle of a crowd, and that is okay too, so long as you are being YOU.
Saying only kind things may not always be the kindest thing. For example: would it be kind to let someone who clearly cannot sing a note humiliate themselves on a national TV show because you didn’t have the heart to say; “buddy, you can’t hold a tune in a bucket!”
When you remove judgment from the equation, you do not give up the right to observe the world through your own eyes. You can say, “I don’t agree”. You can say, “No, I don’t want to”, or, “I really don’t like what you're doing, and I will stand toe to toe with you until you back down”, without diminishing your light. You just become the Light Warrior.
You can even say, “That hat is really ugly and if you don’t take it off, I am coming for you in your sleep!” I said that to someone once. She laughed, and of course she kept the hat – she was being authentic."
