I believe given the right tools the body has the ability to heal itself, and this all starts with the nutritional foundation. I believe that nutrition and massage go hand in hand and the possibilities are endless on what the body can do and achieve. My passion has always been to help others, and this gives me the avenues to help people with their overall health and wellness goals. I graduated college with 1050 hours of Massage training, have a degree in Health Sciences, numerous CEU credits, and I am a Reiki Master. I have been a Massage Therapist for 11 years and I'm still counting, as this is truly my passion. I specialize in Bone Motility Pattern Work, which is absolutely amazing for chronic low back pain, sciatica, and frozen shoulder, just to name a few of the top ailments it works for.

You may or may not be surprised by the eyebrow color choice today. For tomorrow’s color y’all will have to wait until Monday. If you look carefully you’ll see my lips are a weird shape like I got lip filler from someone in a back alley, nope, it’s just the Texas sized mouth sores that I’m currently having an adventure with. So protein shakes and bone broth through a straw is how I’m getting nutrients.
