Breast asymmetry is more common than you think. In this case, we performed a saline to silicone exchange to improve upper pole fullness. Saline is essentially water in a bag, which means it doesn’t support the upper pole as well as silicone.

You’ll also notice a lift was performed on one side to create balance. Sounds simple… but achieving true symmetry, especially in areolar diameter, shape, and ni**le position is deceptively complex.
