New Class starting February 5th, on Thursday mornings at 9:30am. Wes will be teaching a Mat Pilates Class!

In Mat Pilates we will work the hips in all different directions, as well as develop deep core strength. Great class to incorporate in your weekly workouts for longevity, range of motion and control. These movements are amazing preventative care for knee, hip and back pains/injuries. All you need is a yoga mat!
