Abs challenge- with your feet 🦶flat… take a breath at the top when you first start and exhale it as you go down 1 vertebrae at a time and, also back up… think of your spine rolling…shoulders blades pulling back at the top for good posture. 20 reps for 3 sets- you’ve got strong abs if you can do this. 💪
If not, that’s okay - something to work towards and to include in your core strengthening workout. You can start with your hands on your knees or out front and go as far back as you can with your feet flat. Toes cannot come off the ground though. Slowly progress to rolling all the way to the ground.
