My approach to movement and fitness combines knowledge of functional anatomy breathing mechanics, spinal alignment, lifestyle coaching, the importance of the hormonal system and how they are all integrated to give a comprehensive view of the human body. Lifestyle factors such as; nutrition, water absorption and sleep quality. 3. There is the proper way to exercise for your body and an improper way. Get an assessment - spinal, movement, flexibility and core first. 2nd - a program you can do yourself at home, in a gym or outside.... designed specifically to heal your body.

Happiest of birthdays to my beautiful niece… my pseudo child who I love so much!! 😍 She’s so impressive, and I love watching her grow up… she made our wedding website the moment I said yes and wanted to be my wedding planner (she did great and was super inexpensive 😆) and, she was also my hairdresser- she practiced weekly for months, insisting we get together every week to plan and practice on my hair. She’s really such an incredible girl. Impressive in so many ways! 😍 Love her so much! 💗 Happy happy birthday!! 🎉 🤩
