Preparation is everything when getting ready for a reset!
This week I’m setting myself up for success by:
- Clearing out my kitchen - saying goodbye to sugar and anything processed
- Planning a few simple, repeat meals focusing on protein, veggies, and healthy fats
- Preparing mentally - knowing the first few days might feel challenging, I’m leaning into non-food support like walking & herbal tea
