This morning PURE Yoga + Fitness sponsored the Turkey Trot with 25000+ participants! 🏃‍♂️

led a five minute warmup at the start of the race, and PURE handed out 2000 yerba mate drinks over the course of the race.

Who’s ready to PLANK?! 💪

Our annual celebration is ON and the official Plank Off is going down tonight and tomorrow (Tuesday, 6:30p North and Wednesday, 12p Downtown)! Celebrate your strength and share gratitude for your health and community!

Where to find her? Well, how about TOMORROW at our North studio for the 8:30a IHP class AND/OR the 12p Inferno Strength class!

More about her:

Savannah teaches and is certified in IHP Level 1 & 2. She’s kind-of in love with it. Why? It’s fun, effective, accessible and of course, a great complement to everything else you do throughout the week. In Savannah’s classes, all levels are welcome! Look forward to her easy going but straightforward approach that makes you feel like you really can do anything. When she’s not teaching, you may find her hanging out with her fur babies. Feel free to chat with her more before or after class!

PURE Yoga Texas was established in 2003, when Mardy Chen opened the first location in Austin. Her husband Jeff joined her in 2008, and together they expanded the Hot Yoga community to four locations in Central Texas and one in Dallas.
