We are creating http://www.livelongerandthrive.com and To Change the World, you must change yourself first. We are encouraging longevity and inspiring others to make healthy positive changes from wherever they are starting with their health journeys. Our founder, Elizabeth, was as thin as 140 lbs & as obese as 255 lbs. When living in LA, Elizabeth was a part-time hair model and knew what life felt like at 138 lbs and how flexible and limber being fit was. However, when she graduated with her MBA, Elizabeth was a pre-diabetic at 255 lbs. Life happens and during that time period: Elizabeth overcame Lyme disease and worked during school. She is our editor and curator in chief along with others to share positivity and longevity tips in health.
