It was a full house with 200+ guests for our Thanksgiving dinner in Assisted Living last night. Joy filled the hallways, and laughter billowed into the dining room. Chef Jeanie and her team knocked it out of the park! We are so grateful to our residents, family, and friends who have decided to make SoCo a part of their lives. We love you all and wish you a merry Thanksgiving next week!🦃

We had a wonderful visit with Girl Scout Troop 907. Our residents in Assisted Living and Memory Care enjoyed games, and arts and crafts with these fine young ladies. Thank you for spending the afternoon with us! 💕

In October we celebrated 5 years of serving seniors here at SoCo Village! We are honored that our very first three residents still call SoCo home. Virginia, John, and Maria thank you for trusting us and deciding to call SoCo Village home for 5+ years! We also celebrated two of our staff who have been here from the very beginning, Sarah and Tami. We believe there is something to celebrate every day here at SoCo. Please join us for our Month of Giving here at SoCo Village. We'll be collecting non-perishable food items for the Central Texas Food Bank from November 4th - 21st.

From November 21st - December 4th, we'll be collecting items for seniors in long term care facilities for the Holiday Helpers Drive with Austin Allies.

Right now, our local Austin community could use our help more than ever! Let's be there for each other 🫶

We rounded out Halloween Week on actual Halloween with a costume contest, pumpkin decorating contest, and Halloween party with music from the Jones Boys! What a fun-filled week we had. Thank you to Jerry, Charisse, and Jeannie for all the creative activities and treats all October long to celebrate the holiday 🎃
