**North Austin Sober Living is looking for a Woman’s Sober Living House Manager
Located in North Austin
Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and dependable individual to manage the daily operations of our women’s sober living house. The House Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive environment that supports residents in their recovery journey.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and enforce house rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
-Oversee the daily operations of the house, including resident schedules, meetings, and activities.
-Act as a mentor and provide support to residents, fostering a community of mutual respect and accountability.
-Conduct resident intakes, orientation, and discharges as needed.
-Manage house supplies and inventory, coordinating with staff for any needs.
-Handle conflict resolution and facilitate communication among residents.
-Communicate regularly with management regarding house and resident updates.
-Ensure the property is well-maintained, clean, and orderly.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 6mo of sobriety.
-Previous experience in management, mentoring, or a related role is highly desirable.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.
-Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Private room with free rent provided as part of the live-in arrangement.
