I had this exact conversation with Joe Rogan back in 2020… and my stance on vegetables still holds true.

When I tell people I don’t eat vegetables, they always ask:
“But what about the vitamins you’re missing out on from plants?”

Here’s the part most people miss:
If you look at animal foods, they contain many VITAL nutrients that are absent in plant foods or show up in negligible amounts.

For example:

- Vitamin B12
- Vitamin A
- Vitamin K2
- Choline
- Heme iron
- Creatine
- Taurine
- 4-hydroxyproline

Plants can contain some beneficial compounds- but they also contain defense chemicals like lectins, oxalates, phytates, and tannins that may reduce mineral absorption or irritate certain guts (PMID: 32987890).

That’s why a lot of people feel better when they ditch vegetables and build their diet around meat, organs, eggs, raw dairy, fruit and honey.

From my clinical experience, thousands of people have healed themselves of “incurable” conditions by improving the quality of the diets.

This isn’t about demonizing plants.

These will change your life…

The number of studies showing seed oils can be extremely harmful is overwhelming (PMID: 28503188, 8432867, 2008870, 10452406, 9488997, 22959954,14288105, 727035, 2643423, 36263326, 23815500, 22959954, 28088621, 23025469)…
