A day in my life…

As you can see, I’m very intentional about the way I live my life…

This is what allows me to feel and perform at my best every day…

I always try to prioritize movement throughout my day to counteract the hours of sitting during my work hours…

And I don’t mess around with sleep and prioritize getting to bed around the same time every night, sunlight in the morning, avoiding blue light at night etc…

Some of the things I do may seem extreme but this is what works for me!

This is why most people can’t lose weight…

“Calories in, calories out” ignores how your body actually works.

Contrary to popular belief- not all calories are metabolized the same way. Different foods create completely different hormonal responses and that determines whether those calories are used for energy or stored as body fat.

Understanding this is KEY to long-term healthy weight loss…

Low quality, ultra-processed foods drive overeating, and fat storage even when calories are controlled (PMID: 33027677).

Research also shows 95% of dieters end up regaining the weight they lost within two years…
