"After dealing with ongoing knee issues and undergoing a prior surgical treatment that provided only temporary relief, I knew it was time to consider a more permanent solution: a knee replacement.

I researched several physicians, looking for the best possible option, someone who would do exactly what was needed and not more. Getting back to my active lifestyle was really important to me. Dr. Dodgin provided that solution for me: two partial knee replacements.

I was patient with my recovery and followed his advice closely. Just four weeks after my first surgery in April 2023, I was back to water skiing, and by seven weeks, I skied one buoy short of my all-time tournament best! My second partial knee replacement was in January 2024. This past July, I placed second in the South-Central Regional tournament which includes five states: Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and Arkansas. Today, I don’t even feel like I’ve had knee replacements, and I am skiing better than ever!

Dr. Dodgin gave me my lifestyle back; mountain biking, water skiing, snow skiing, everything I love. He’s a great doctor, and I couldn’t be more thankful.”
