✨Good Juju, Broken Glass, and a Message I Didn’t Expect Today✨
This morning I started my day with a little kitchen witchery…
A good juju simmer pot bubbling on the stove with roses, cinnamon sticks, orange peel, bay leaf, clove, sage, and thyme.
The house smelled like protection, blessing, and new beginnings.
With that energy flowing, I set up my Christmas tree — something about bringing in the light always shifts the whole mood of my home.
After that, I moved a hanging plant into my dining room… and attached to it was my witch ball that I’ve had for 20 years.
The moment I set it down, it fell.
Shattered.
A million tiny pieces scattered across the floor.
At first it shocked me, but I knew immediately:
this wasn’t random.
Witch balls hold energy — old pain, old protection, old versions of us.
And when they’ve done their job, they break.
Today felt like a message:
I am stepping into a new season.
The old protection isn’t needed anymore.
I’m not the woman I was 20 years ago — and the energy that once shielded me has now released.
My simmer pot was clearing the air.
My tree was calling in light.
And that witch ball… it closed a chapter.
It felt like a powerful little moment of rebirth happening right in my dining room.
So I’m honoring it.
Letting it go.
And welcoming the next chapter with open hands and a full heart.
Here are the photos — the broken glass, the shimmer of the simmer pot, and the reminder that even endings can be blessings.
