I got a at . I highly recommend it because for around $50 you can an accurate reading of your bone density, lean body mass, muscle balance, body fat percentage and visceral fat levels.
For me I had good news and not so good news.
My bone density is great which means my workouts are keeping my bones strong!
My muscle mass is high and what is really important is that they are balanced. I am very proud of this because this effects every who does my workouts. I train to give you a balanced body. Both arms and legs get strong, back gets strong and you build core strength which was revealed in my scan
Visceral body is the fat around you organs that can be harmful to your health and mine was very low! Yay
The only thing that had me shook was my body fat percentage which was a lot higher than I expected. The scan tells you where the fat is and mine was mainly in my hood and thighs!
I love my body, I am proud of myself and I see where I want to improve. I will focus on building more muscle and eating more protein. I know it sounds cliche but it works. Building muscle takes time but you can change what you eat right away.
The best formula after 40 is high protein, and lots of whole fruits and vegetables. For complex carbs yams are great.
My goal .. to reduce my body fat by 10 percent. When I do it. I’ll tell you my actual number 😂
