✨ December Month of Giving ✨
This season, we’re inviting our community to pour a little extra love into a cause that creates real change.

When you donate to Capital Area Counseling (CAC), you’re helping provide accessible, affordable, and stigma-free mental health care to individuals and families across Austin. Every contribution—big or small helps someone receive support they may not otherwise be able to access.

Your generosity makes healing possible.
Your support keeps therapy affordable.
Your kindness strengthens our community.

If you’re able, consider making a donation this month and help us continue this vital work. 💙
Together, we can make mental health care accessible for all.

🎬🍂 October Highlights at CAC! 🎃

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our CAC Movie Night. It was such a joy connecting with pregrads, postgrads, and a supervisor all together in one space!

To those who couldn’t make it, we missed you and hope to see you at a future event. It’s always such a gift to come together outside of sessions and share some laughter, snacks, and connection.

As we wrap up October, we’re wishing everyone a safe, fun, and happy Halloween! 👻 Whether you’re dressing up, passing out candy, or taking a cozy night in, may your day be full of treats (and maybe a few spooky thrills). 🕸️🕯️
