We’re excited to introduce a new virtual support group designed for individuals at any stage of addiction. Whether in active recovery, navigating relapse, or just beginning to explore change.

This group offers a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space for participants who:

• Want to share their experiences openly
• Are looking to connect with others who truly understand
• Are seeking tools and strategies to strengthen recovery
• Feel ready to move toward greater emotional well-being

💻 When: Fridays 6:30-7:30pm (Virtual)
💰 Cost: $5 per session

Healing is not linear and no one has to walk it alone.

We’re excited to announce a new Men’s Process Group open to all male-identifying individuals.

This group is a supportive space for men to come together and explore their thoughts, feelings, and lived experiences in a safe, communal environment. Together, participants will practice:

• Vulnerable self-expression
• Intentional action & personal growth
• Goal setting
• Giving and receiving feedback
• Building accountability with peers

💻 When: Sundays 6-7:30pm (Virtual)
💰 Cost: $5 per session

Many men are taught to process life alone. This group creates space to connect, reflect, and grow alongside others.

Capital Area Counseling is offering a safe, affirming virtual space for animal welfare professionals to connect, process, and receive support while navigating the unique challenges of the field.

New group starting soon: IFS-Informed Stress Resilience Group

This virtual group is designed to support individuals navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, and overwhelming emotions. Grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), the group blends learning with relational connection, offering both insight and support in a compassionate space.

🗓 Fridays, 5:30–7:00 PM (virtual)
⏳ 8-week closed group starting February 6, 2026
💲 $5 per session

Whether you’re feeling burned out, carrying ongoing stress, or curious about parts work, this group offers guidance, community, and space to explore at your own pace.

🤍 In this group, members will:
• Learn from IFS-informed mini lessons
• Explore the parts that carry stress and overwhelm in a supported process space
• Practice mindfulness, self-compassion, and resilience-building skills
