Sometimes you don’t have exactly what you need to do your workout and that’s no reason to skip a workout. Get creative, improvise, and continue to work on your goals.

Today my workout included a back squat using a barbell, an incline chest press & curl, decline crunches and hamstring curl.

I’m currently not going to a gym, ya know... Covid. So I had to improvise and thankfully I had plenty to work with. Check my improve vids and always ask a professional if you’re unsure of what you’re doing.

Check it out!

It was intended for a 45 minute endurance class but you can add more rest &/or more rounds.

I’m also loving my new ZYIA leopard sports bra!
