At Ladder, strength training looks different for everyone, but the goal is the same.
Follow the Plan, show up consistently, and stack progress over time so results are guesses, they’re gaurantees.

With 21 different teams on Ladder, we have a coach and a modality for everyone. From Pilates to Bodybuilding to Prenatal, Ladder coaches are the aforemost experts in their field, with multiple certifications and often decades of in-person experience to ensure you’re getting the closest thing to a personal trainer in your ear.

We’ve also divided up our team into 4 different categories, or Training Styles, to make it easier to find the perfect team for you.

SCULPT - These teams prioritize strength, but with low-impact modalities like Pilates and Yoga, as well as a more beginner friendly approach to strength. Don’t let that fool you, these workouts are still extra spicy.

FUNCTIONAL - These teams require minimal equipment such as dumbbells or kettlebells, and deliver maximum results with minimal complexity. These workouts are designed for those that want to increase strength and improve longevity, with a focus on functional movements for everyday life.

ATHLETIC - The Athletic teams on Ladder prioritize explosive power, speed and endurance, with explosive strength movements paired with intense conditioning, like sprints and plyometrics. Perfect for the former athletes that still want to feel challenged in the gym, or anyone training for upcoming fitness competitions.

AESTHETIC - The Aesthetic teams on Ladder are all about build muscle through hypertrophy. Think muscle growth in shape and size, through a combination of functional compound movements, as well as isolated muscle targeting. These workouts are designed to put on size and build an aesthetic physique, without intensive cardio.

Team Embody is a Pilates strength program, integrating mat Pilates and low-impact strength to increase core and glute strength while toning the full body using her signature method of reciprocal inhibition to target specific muscle groups.

Ladder Teams a new fitness movement led by the most sought after trainers.
