Yesterday we printed this ad as a full back cover of the New York Times to make sure everyone knows that strong isn’t a fad — it’s a values shift.

That’s what our partnership with is all about. Bringing attention to the benefits of strength training to the millions of women who are still intimidated to take up space in the gym, or worried that they need to get smaller to fit in.

Getting stronger has so many benefits, especially for women, and that’s the cultural shift we’re driving within this community. We wrote ā€œHilary is 1 of 400,000 strong womenā€ for a reason! We’re so grateful for all of our members who make this community so encouraging and inspiring.

Despite a new album, a global tour and managing an insane schedule as a mom to four kids, Hilary still prioritizes her strength training.
