We are so excited to share that our owner, Maggie Stenson, MCN, RD, LD, CEDS-C, was featured in the January edition of Georgetown Neighbors magazine! ✨

Georgetown Neighbors, a publication by Best Version Media, highlights the people, stories, and local businesses that make our community so special. Each month, the magazine is delivered to homes across Georgetown to help connect neighbors and celebrate what’s happening around town.

In the feature, Maggie talks about launching ATX Nutritional Counseling and the passion that drives her work supporting individuals and families in eating disorder recovery.

The article reflects on both the personal and professional journey that brought Maggie to Georgetown, from building a private practice rooted in compassionate care to creating a home with Marcus and their two cats. We’re so grateful to be part of such a supportive and welcoming community. 💛

If you live in Austin or any major Texas city, chances are an H-E-B isn’t far away 🤍 It’s where I do most of our grocery shopping, and over time I’ve found a handful of convenience foods that have become true staples in our kitchen.

Convenience foods tend to get a bad reputation, but they can be incredibly supportive. They expand access to a wider variety of foods, save time, and reduce the mental load of figuring out how to prep meals for yourself or your family.

Because feeding yourself doesn’t have to be complicated to be nourishing!

Here are a few of my go-to convenience picks for veggies, protein, and carbs 👆Let’s make weeknight meals feel a little easier. Go to the link in our bio, to read more about these great H-E-B finds in our latest blog post 🥔🥦🍚
