If you live in Austin or any major Texas city, chances are an H-E-B isn’t far away 🤍 It’s where I do most of our grocery shopping, and over time I’ve found a handful of convenience foods that have become true staples in our kitchen.

Convenience foods tend to get a bad reputation, but they can be incredibly supportive. They expand access to a wider variety of foods, save time, and reduce the mental load of figuring out how to prep meals for yourself or your family.

Because feeding yourself doesn’t have to be complicated to be nourishing!

Here are a few of my go-to convenience picks for veggies, protein, and carbs 👆Let’s make weeknight meals feel a little easier. Go to the link in our bio, to read more about these great H-E-B finds in our latest blog post 🥔🥦🍚
